About us

Shandong Association for International Exchange of Personnel is a social organization specializing in international talent exchange. Approved by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Shandong Provincial Government, it was registered with the Department of Civil Affairs in 1991 and operates under the professional supervision of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

With the attention and support of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, the Shandong Provincial Government, and leaders at all levels, the Association upholds the mission of “integrating global intelligence and promoting the development of Qilu.” Guided by the development philosophy of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing, the Association has built cooperation platforms with friendly organizations, research institutions, universities, and enterprises around the world.

Focusing on overseas talent introduction, international talent cultivation, and sci-tech finance as its core projects, the Association attracts talents to gather in Shandong for innovation and entrepreneurship. It is committed to building a closed-loop system of “talent + sci-tech innovation + fund + industry,” with the aim of making greater contributions to the construction of a strong talent province and an innovation-driven province, and providing solid talent and intellectual support for building Shandong into a strong province in both economy and culture.
