Recently, a delegation from the International Science and Technology Cooperation Association of the Russia-Belarus Union Bridge of Friendship visited the Shandong International Talents Exchange Association for a tour and cooperative exchanges. The Association’s Overseas Liaison Department hosted the visit, and Secretary-General Xu Yan attended the meeting and engaged in in-depth discussions with the delegation.
During the talks, the two sides exchanged views on topics such as international talent exchanges, collaboration on scientific and technological projects, and academic exchanges. They reached a positive consensus on promoting practical cooperation between Shandong and Russia and Belarus in the fields of science, technology, education, and talent.
This visit has built a friendly bridge for deepening international talent and scientific exchanges, helping to further expand the Association’s global cooperation network and supporting Shandong’s higher-level opening-up and high-quality development.
