Began in 1991
Approved by the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shandong Provincial People’s Government, the Shandong International Talents Exchange Association was established in 1991 upon registration with the Department of Civil Affairs. It is a social organization dedicated to international talent exchange and operates under the professional guidance of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
With the attention and support of the Shandong Provincial Committee, the Shandong Provincial People’s Government, and leaders at various levels, the Association is committed to its mission of “Integrating global intelligence to promote the development of Qilu.” Embracing the development concepts of innovation, coordination, green growth, openness, and sharing, it has built cooperation platforms with friendly international organizations, research institutions, universities, and enterprises. Focusing on its core projects—”Talent Introduction from Overseas, International Talent Development, and Sci-Tech Innovation Finance”—the Association strives to attract talents to gather in Qilu for innovation and entrepreneurship. By establishing a closed-loop system of “Talent + Sci-Tech Innovation + Funds + Industries,” it aims to achieve greater success in building a talent-rich and innovative province, providing strong intellectual support for the development of Shandong into a province with strong economic and cultural strength.
