To support Shandong enterprises in strategically expanding into overseas markets and promote high-quality \u201cgoing global together\u201d initiatives, the \u201cEnterprise Internationalization Empowerment Exchange Salon\u201d was successfully held this afternoon at the Sci-Tech Finance Center in Lixia District, Jinan. The event was jointly hosted by the Shandong International Talent Exchange Association, the Shandong Federation of Social Organizations, the \u201cHome\u201d Initiative Working Committee, the Mexico Yangtze River International Chamber of Commerce, and the Shandong Sci-Tech Innovation International Talent Development Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 40 participants attended the event, including business leaders, international market development representatives, and professionals from investment and service institutions across Shandong Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centered on the theme of \u201cEmpowering Enterprise Internationalization,\u201d the event focused on the Mexican and broader American markets. Through policy interpretation, service support, and practical project promotion, it provided Shandong enterprises with a targeted and efficient platform for international exchange and cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his opening remarks, Lu Zhijin, head of the \u201cHome\u201d Initiative, emphasized that amid the restructuring of global supply chains and profound adjustments in the international economic and trade landscape, enterprises must \u201cgo steadily, deepen their presence, and truly integrate into overseas markets\u201d to achieve high-quality development. He noted that the \u201cHome\u201d Initiative is committed to building international exchange platforms, integrating resources from social organizations and member enterprises, and empowering enterprise growth through pragmatic and efficient services to achieve innovation, collaboration, and mutual benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the keynote session, Xu Yan, Secretary-General of the Shandong International Talent Exchange Association, delivered an in-depth analysis of internationalization policies and global market trends, with a focus on Shandong Province\u2019s current policy direction for supporting enterprises in \u201cgoing global.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She highlighted the Association\u2019s \u201cfull-chain overseas expansion service support system,\u201d built upon the strengths of both Chinese and international expert teams and global cooperation platforms. The system covers key areas such as talent recruitment, cross-border training, localized operations, on-site market research, legal compliance, and project matchmaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particular emphasis was placed on helping enterprises not only \u201cgo out\u201d but also \u201cintegrate in.\u201d By leveraging collaboration between Chinese and international experts, the Association assists enterprises in accurately understanding overseas market environments, clarifying market positioning, and enhancing localized operational capabilities, thereby enabling companies to better adapt to the commercial and cultural ecosystems of target countries. This provides enterprises with comprehensive, one-stop support from \u201cgoing global\u201d to \u201csuccessfully integrating abroad.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2026 Mexico\u2013China Investment & Trade Expo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A major highlight of the event was the promotion of the 2026 Mexico\u2013China Investment & Trade Expo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zhu Min, Deputy Secretary-General of the Mexico Yangtze River International Chamber of Commerce, introduced the expo as a key platform for China\u2013Mexico economic and trade cooperation. The event will provide Shandong enterprises with direct channels for product showcases, project negotiations, and investment matchmaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expo has also been selected as a key recommended overseas exhibition under the 2026 \u201cThousands of Enterprises Going Global, Shandong Trade Worldwide\u201d initiative. Focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, new energy, infrastructure construction, and cross-border e-commerce, the event has already received strong support from local governments and business associations in Mexico. Participating enterprises will be able to rapidly connect with resources throughout the American market through the expo platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precise Matchmaking to Promote Practical Cooperation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the open networking session, representatives from nearly 20 participating enterprises each delivered brief three-minute presentations outlining their internationalization needs, target markets, and cooperation intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The atmosphere was highly interactive, with many enterprises expressing clear cooperation interests in areas such as intelligent manufacturing, agricultural product exports, overseas industrial park settlement, and international talent recruitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the specific needs of participating companies, the organizers arranged targeted one-on-one matchmaking sessions on-site to facilitate future project-based cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
